Price, Shipping And Ordering Information
Free shipping is offered on most orders exceeding $500 and is available in the CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES ONLY. There are exceptions to the free shipping policy, please see below for details.
Shipping rates apply on all Special-Order products and are sold on a final, non-cancelable, non-returnable basis.
Free Shipping Policy: minimum order for free shipping is $500, however any product requiring special packaging such as refractory panels are exempt from free shipping and that is stated on the product page. If customer requires a lift gate for any pallet orders, the lift gate charge is additional and is not covered under the free shipping policy. Pallet orders would include products such as, but not limited to stoves, fireplaces, and inserts. Please call us if further clarification is needed.
Damaged Pallet Items: for residential or commercial pallet deliveries, the driver will call approximately 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment during normal business hours. A signature will be required on all pallet orders. Pallet shipments MUST be inspected carefully while the driver is present. It is the customer’s responsibility to note any damages or shortages on the bill of lading before signing off on delivery. Please report any damage or missing product immediately to Copperfield Chimney Supply. If the bill of lading is signed clear by customer indicated no damage or missing product, any attempts to file a claim after that point will be denied. Therefore, it is critical that product is thoroughly inspected by the customer at the time of delivery.
If there is significant damage to a freight shipment, please note "damaged - refused" on the bill of lading and refuse the delivery. Please contact us for reshipment.
Damaged Small Parcel Items: if your small parcel delivery arrives damaged, a claim must be made within 3 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If product is damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the purchase price and the original shipping costs (if charged) will be refunded to the original purchaser or we will send a replacement (whatever the customer decides).
Canadian Shipments: shipping charges to Canada do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, including all applicable duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
