The product itself was superior to the mfg. product that came with insert.

Material looked good.
Unfortunately, it cracked after the second use. I am not sure if itis defective or not strong to resist the wood burn temperatures.

I ordered this on October 10th . It’s now October 28th and freezing cold out and I can’t have a fire in my home because it hasn’t arrived yet. No shipping updates. Nothing. I called, and they said something about it being held up in transit? Not sure but I’m still waiting for it to show up.
