I received product on 10/19/25 and it was cracked. I sent a photo of the crack and was told they would ship another one. I inquired about the second one on 10/30/25 and was told "currently out of stock and Manufacture is estimated to have more to us late next week". So, I have not received the undamaged product as of 10/31/25.
