The product arrived broken. We waited two weeks to get our firebrick and it arrived in three broken pieces. It was unable to be used.

The item arrived broken. I contacted the merchant. A replacement item was shipped, which also arrived broken. Neither were usable in any capacity.

We ordered a panel and it arrived broken. The company was quick to send a replacement, however, the box wasn't labeled "Fragile", it had the same exact amount of padding as the first box and it too was broken upon arrival. Asking for a refund.
