Item received in good shape howeverdoes not fit my fireplace. Contacted to return the unused item in original package and was basically toldnot to return due to your extremely poor refund policy of a restocking fee, 10% other fee, my responsibility to somehow make sure it's not damaged in return shipping which is impossible. Nice item however horrible customer service and return options. Won't recommend.
